Mirror made in collaboration with the master Dario Frare. The work deliberately highlights the very particular “torch” technique of Dario Frare, thanks to which he manages to create subjects in solid glass of important dimensions and considerable value, both for the richness of details, and for the refinement of the shapes and lines. Africa and, in particular, the Masai warriors, represented in this mirror, are an important part of his work, both as a glassmaker and as an artist. The present decorations are engraved by hand by means of a lathe and wheels in diamond and sandstone.
